If you’re new or just trying it out, you can rent a yoga mat for $1 per class. We also sell yoga mats, foam blocks and water bottles in the lobby.

YOGA 101

Build a great foundation to your yoga practice by learning the basic yoga fundamentals including proper breathing, postures and language. This class is suited to beginners as well as intermediate yoga students who want to revisit the basics.

YIN YOGA

Slow, passive practice that stretches and stimulates the connective tissue rather than the muscles, so enabling deep opening, particularly in the hips and spine; Relaxing and revitalizing.

VINYASA “FLOW” YOGA

In this class, you will build strength in your body while consciously using breath synchronized movements to flow from one pose to the next. Explore flow fundamentals with an emphasis on strength and flexibility.
